I was looking for a nasty riding accident in April where I got cut off my clothes at the hospital. Paramedics had assured me that the insurance would probably cover. It is so obviously not the case! Of course I had just the most expensive I could possibly find in the cupboard for the day! Were taken good pictures of all the cut rags, which were then sent to the insurance. It would not they cover! When I contacted them was their explanation that was certainly not a car indvolveret in the accident, therefore no cover! I contacted the subsequent emergency room to hear whether they had insurance that covered. They investigated the matter and came unfortunately no for feedback. I came then remembered that my helmet anne taylor after all was torn to pieces during the crash, so it might be a different matter. I contacted my insurance company again, but just got the message that I of course had to understand that they could not trench and cover everything! It's just clothes, anne taylor but it's expensive clothes. Can it really be right that I can not get replaced these things with GF Insurance? It's just clothes, but I'd love to have the opportunity to buy a new helmet without my thinking about whether there is room in the economy. I'm still started with my rehabilitation, and will not be a horse right now. I would just like to have a helmet and a vest that is ready the day I'm ready .. Hope there are some pundits who can help. Sincerely. Maria
Nor it can not be true - then their rules since then have changed anne taylor since 2006 when I was run down. I got destroyed a coat and some pants and I just had to write on the claim form and then I got it covered! And I was so not in the emergency room or something so bad it was fortunately not, but I was as a racer hit by a car, so I red a few meters down the road and such .. I would therefore try to contact them again. EDIT: So have you read through the terms of your insurance? I found this in terms of their home insurance: The insurance covers damage to the insured items as a result of: Road accidents where a traffic agent involved (collision, collision, overturning). As a "means of transportation" means: - motor vehicles under the Road Traffic Act (eg. Cars, mopeds, motorcycles and tractors) - Two bicycles with wheel diameters of 12 inches - to * and tricycles with serial number. - Carriages - other public transport - invalid carriages
In your case, there was just one car involved. Nor do I think it may be true: (Thinking to try to send a complaint to the Insurance Board of Appeal.'ll Investigate those on it may be true. Sorry I did not read your post properly .. had not seen it was a riding accident .. so is it's probably a possibility there are other rules for coverage. It's a "risk" you actually incur in and you set yourself up on a horse and ride .. saw .. I would try to contact anne taylor them again to be completely sure they do not cover (or even sit down and study in greater detail the conditions of your insurance.) But if you damage some of your stuff at your hobby (which probably roughly speaking, it has happened), anne taylor is NOT covered as will it would not help you to write to the insurance Appeal!
