In a saucepan, pour the coconut milk and tapioca. Cook over high heat (but not too much that it does not overflow) until the tapioca is cooked (the pearls are soft). Stir occasionally with a spoon to prevent the tapioca from sticking to the bottom.
At the end of cooking, add the agar-agar, boil for two minutes. Pour into containers you want, ramekins, glasses etc. Cool completely in the fridge. A very cold times, cut fruit cubes, and place them easily on the glasses. Enjoy!
