Earflaps / Ushanka (in Russian,


Earflaps / Ushanka (in Russian, "øreklafflue") is a Russian name for a fur hat with fold-visors and large ear flaps. Side flaps can be rolled up or folded panty and stocking with garterbelt and tied under the chin for protection against cold and to some degree rain. Earflaps / Ushanka is thicker than a normal hat and therefore provides a certain protection from light bumps to the head.
