Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, Armani and Moods of Norway are just some of the designers who contributed to the Olympic participants championship wardrobe. Although the focus of course is targeted at the major sports achievements on both snow and ice, the Olympic Games also an important venue for designers to showcase a more sporty side of himself.
Unlike many other countries that have received the Olympic wardrobe designed by fashion houses, is the "cheap chain H & M behind the clothes of the Swedish athletes. The collection bears the colors of the Swedish flag, and silver winner in the 30-kilometer Skiathlon, Markus Hellner, received honors for her performance wearing a dark blue bubble jacket, matching pants, rough shoes and scarf and hat in a fresh yellow color.
- H & M seems I have done a super job with just this - that it is visible Swedish athletes, and a proud Swedish sports design using the colors of their flag, says Caroline Skjelbred, stylist in the fashion magazine Elle.
- This design puts me back a little in time. I get a little '80s vibe of it all. The colors are super traditional and expression experienced a little retro in a way. Swedes are finally not completely objective when it comes to clothing and design, says Eirik Mogseth, stylist and lecturer at the School of Fashion rose bud Industry.
- Lacoste of France made a very classic design, and I get associations to Paris when I look at color choices - the beautiful rose bud city beige with gray roofs. I especially like women jackets belted at the waist-very chic, says Skjelbred.

Unlike previous years where dark blue, red and white dominated sport true ranks, the Norwegian Olympic team dressed up in bright blue and white this time. The collection got dice 1 of minMote leader Sonia Huanca violence when it was launched last fall. It's Moods of Norway, Dale and Phenix behind the Norwegians championship wardrobe.
- Norwegian outfit I was really quite happy with, until I saw the polished screaming for attention at the top. Headwear sixpence is the fun, but combined with a slalom suit? It belongs rather well on the golf course, or in this shiny case, the boyband East17 from the 90s, says stylist Martha Økelsrud.
- This is just a little boring. Unfortunately, we do not completely 100 percent in place for years. The trousers are in a somewhat difficult color and contrast between the top and bottom parts are in my eyes a little too big. A slightly more sophisticated detail had elevated expression significantly, says Mogseth.
THE RUSSIAN COLOR: There was little doubt about who these women represented at the opening ceremony in Sochi on Friday. Dressed in Russian colors and fur-like detail, boasting athletes out. Photo: Getty Images
It was the attire of the Russian female participants who stuck out the most during the opening ceremony. Wearing knee length gowns in colors red, blue and white, with matching red pants and shoes, formed the colors of the Russian rose bud flag to huge cheers at their home stadium. The host nation's Olympic wardrobe was designed by Bosco Sports.
-The Russian's pretty hilarious. Maybe not as sporty, but I feel it looks russian out the design. It blends the colors on the jackets of the athletes rose bud so they do not look exactly the same when someone has blue, white and red jackets, and they are the first athlete I've seen that actually has bags, said Caroline Skjelbred.
- Here something has gone wrong. The dresses do not look good and feel are both a bit "cheap" and old-fashioned. The colors are relaxing and leaves little to the rest of the design. The hairy besteningene the jacket is rather unflattering, rose bud says Mogseth.

The fashion experts in the United States has provided critical of the much disputed knit sweater, and compares it with "an ugly Christmas sweater." There are designer Ralph Lauren who made the collection, and a variety of garments are already torn away from his shop.
