The Loden Foundation , a local partner of the Bhutan Foundation, which is dedicated to fostering an enlightened and happy society in Bhutan through the promotion of education, learning, and entrepreneurship among Bhutanese children and young adults. The Loden Foundation provides educational and entrepreneurial opportunities and facilities at the preschool, school, and post-school levels.
Some of their programs include the following: Loden Entrepreneurship Program aims to curb youth unemployment and rural urban migration by promoting an ethical entrepreneurial culture in the country and contributes toward building a self-sufficient economy. Loden provides young men and women with education on entrepreneurship, collateral and interest-free financial support for innovative social enterprises, and monitoring and mentoring services. Loden has trained over 1,000 young people and funded 63 entrepreneurial ventures prom girl . Loden Mentorship Program provides educational support through local and international business leaders. The Loden Foundation emphasizes needs and identifies mentors for each of their entrepreneurs, who provide advice, coaching, and support. prom girl Loden Scholarship Program provides financial support to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Loden supports more than 100 school children as well as 12 scholarships for education at the university level . Loden has set up three community-based early-learning centers that follow the framework of Bhutan s education policy and guidelines.
